- Tenders are Invited for 3d Seismic Acquisition for Offshore Field The participant should have the required technical and financial resources and submit to MOO their completed Pre-qualification documents in accordance with the provisions included in this announcement and detailed in the pre-qualification questionnaire for evaluation The foreign participant not having a branch in Libya at the time of Pre-Qualifications, are allowed to participate but must provide a commitment to finalize their registration with the Libyan Ministry of Economy by signing Annex 1 of the Pre- Qualifications Questionnaire Only the prequalified participants will receive invitation to tender in due course. If the participant is deemed unqualified MOO is not obligated to send any notification .
