• Description:
• The administration of Nalut Central Hospital announces a general tender for food and catering services. All specialized companies that wish to register and are licensed to practice the activity and have the ability, experience, competence and desire to participate in the tender must apply to the administration of Nalut Central Hospital for registration. Its files include the following: 1 A copy of a valid license to practice the activity 2 A copy of a recent official extract from the commercial registry 3 A copy of a valid Chamber of Commerce registration certificate 4 A copy of valid proof of tax payment addressed to the hospital administration 5 The legal file of the contract company Establishment of the bylaws of the company Minutes of the company-s general assembly meeting 6 A recent certificate of payment of security contributions 7 A letter from the company-s commissioner regarding the appointment of the company-s representative with personal proof 8 An initial insurance in cash or a check certified by one of the banks operating in Libya for a value of 05 must be attached to the bid. The value of the offer is an initial deposit, provided that whoever is awarded must commit to depositing the final insurance value. It will be deposited in the hospital treasury. The bid brochure will be withdrawn in exchange for a financial sum of 100 dinars during official working hours, starting from Wednesday, 2026-0225 AD, provided that the technical offer must be submitted with the offer. The financial statement is sealed with red wax, and the last day for submission of offers is the end of the working day on Thursday, corresponding to 2026-0305 AD, and the opening of envelopes will be on Sunday, corresponding to 2026-0308 AD, at 1230 pm in the meeting room of the hospital.
