• Announcement of a tender to supply the Customs Authority with car spare parts and accessories. The Libyan Customs Authority announces its desire to contract for the supply of car spare parts and accessories. National companies wishing to enter into this tender must go to the headquarters of the Purchasing Committee in the General Administration Building of the Customs Authority. Located in the Al-Dhahra area, Tripoli, during official working hours, to receive the specifications and conditions booklet for the required item, within a maximum period of five (5) days from the date of publishing this announcement. Conditions for submission: 1 - The company must be registered in the register of companies with the Libyan Customs Authority, and in the event of not registration, Registration procedures must be completed before submitting the offer. 2A comprehensive profile file about the company that includes the following documents must be attached to the offer. An official authorization in the name of the company-s representative to participate in the bid. A valid activity license. A recent and valid tax payment certificate. A copy of the articles of incorporation or articles of association. The company has a recent extract from the commercial registry indicating registration in the importers- registry or the industrial registry, depending on the nature of the activity. Important notes: The offer must be submitted in an envelope sealed with red wax, and sealed with the company-s official seal. The offers must be submitted to the rapporteur of the Purchasing Committee at the Customs Authority, provided that the deadline is To submit offers at the end of the working day on Sunday, 2812/2025 AD, the envelopes will be opened on Monday, 2912/2025 AD, starting at 1200 noon, at the committee-s headquarters, in the presence of representatives of the applying companies or their official representatives.
