• Announcement of a tender to supply the Customs Authority with desktop computers. The Libyan Customs Authority announces its desire to contract for the supply of desktop computers. National companies wishing to enter into this tender must go to the headquarters of the Purchasing Committee in the building of the General Administration of the Customs Authority located in the area Al-Dhahra, Tripoli, during official working hours, to receive the specifications and conditions booklet for the required item, within a maximum period of five days from the date of publishing this announcement. Conditions for submission: 1. The company must be registered in the companies registry with the Libyan Customs Authority. In the event of non-registration, it is required to complete Registration procedures before submitting the offer 2 A comprehensive profile file about the company that includes the following documents is attached to the offer An official authorization in the name of the company-s representative to participate in the bid A valid license to practice an activity A recent and valid tax payment certificate A copy of the company-s articles of incorporation or articles of association An extract A recent letter from the commercial registry indicating registration in the importers- registry or the industrial registry, depending on the nature of the activity. Important notes: The offer must be submitted in a sealed envelope with red wax, and sealed with the company-s official seal. The offers will be submitted to the rapporteur of the Purchasing Committee at the Customs Authority, provided that the last date for submitting offers is the end of Opening hours on Sunday, 2812/2025 AD. The envelopes will be opened on Monday, 2912/2025 AD, starting at 1200 noon, at the committee-s headquarters, in the presence of representatives of the applying companies or their official representatives.
