The ILO is seeking the services of company based in Libya, or with the demonstrated capacity to operate in Tripoli, Libya, to provide an experienced Master Trainer to assess the business development services (BDS) and entrepreneurship training market in Tripoli, adapt and contextualise the SIYB and DYB materials to the local context, deliver training of trainers, and oversee the initial delivery of SIYB training by newly certified trainers to aspiring and existing entrepreneurs.
