The Al-Asabaa Dialysis Center announces its desire, through the Purchasing Committee, to purchase medicines in accordance with the list attached to this announcement, which states the types of medicines to be provided. Companies that consider themselves competent and capable of providing these materials must come to the center-s headquarters and bring offers. Appended with the company's seal within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of this announcement, companies must submit their offers according to the following conditions: 1. The company must be Libyan specialized in medicines. 2. The company must submit a comprehensive legal file, provided that the license, commercial register, and tax and security file are complete and valid. Effective with attaching the tax payment certificate in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures. 3. The offer must be submitted in the same sequence as the specifications brochure, taking into account that offers that do not meet the required documents and conditions will not be considered. We also note the lack of financial coverage.
