Announcement of the supply of furniture. The Health Services Department, Mizda announces its desire to supply floor mats according to the quantities specified in the following table. The Purchasing Committee of the Health Services Department, Mizda, invites companies and individual activities specialized in supplying furniture to submit an initial offer to the administration, noting that submitting Initial offers within five days from the date of presentation on the platform. Conditions and requirements for the applicant. 1 Copy of the articles of incorporation and articles of association for companies. 2 A valid license to practice the activity. 3 A recent extract from the commercial registry for companies. 4. A tax payment certificate addressed to the administration. Health Services Mizda 5 Provides a current account number for the company or individual activity. Bids are submitted to the Purchasing Committee of the Department of Health Services located in the city of Mizda within five days from the date of the offer on the tender platform of the Procurement Committee of the Department of Health Services Mizda.
