• Announcement of a tender: The Ministry of Planning announces its desire to contract with companies specialized in implementing training and qualification work, in order to implement the training and qualification program for the employees of the Ministry of Planning. The specialized companies that wish to participate and that have the necessary capacity, competence, and experience must: Submit your offers in accordance with the attached approved terms and specifications booklet, during official working hours, starting from Wednesday, corresponding to 1908/2026 AD until the end of work on Thursday, corresponding to 2708/2026 AD, noting that the date of opening the envelopes will be on Sunday, corresponding to 3008/2026 AD at exactly the same time. Twelve noon at the Ministry-s headquarters located in the Al-Dhahra area, Khalid bin Al-Walid Street, next to the main North African Bank. Notes: Dealing in all stages of the bid is limited to persons officially authorized by the bidding companies, whether when submitting bids or during the bid opening session, and it is stipulated that Providing evidence of official authorization, and that the person authorized be accompanied by the company-s seal when submitting the offer and attending the procedures for opening envelopes. The required offers and documents are delivered to the Secretary of the Tenders Committee on the fourth floor at the Ministry-s office headquarters in Dhahra, provided that the files are separated, each file individually. They are sealed with red wax as follows: 1 File containing the company-s legal documents 2 File containing technical documents 3 File containing financial documents The financial offer The files will be titled with the name and company seal on each file.
