- The Procurement Committee of the Libyan Center for Climate Change Research announces its desire to contract with a company to choose one of the specialized and accredited companies in the field of consulting, auditing and granting international quality certificates 90012015, for the purpose of implementing the requirements of the quality management system and granting an accreditation certificate. For the Center, companies specialized in this field that wish to submit their offers, provided that their administrative and legal documents are valid, must submit their proposal to the Center-s Purchasing Committee during official working hours from Tuesday 06012026 AD until the end of work on Sunday 11012026 AD, by Via its representative, accompanied by 2 envelopes. The first envelope contains the financial offer, covered with red wax and stamped with the company-s seal. The second envelope contains the company-s legal file.
