Central air conditioning maintenance specifications at the University Hospital Tripoli
1. Maintenance of (7) main coolers.
2. Supply and installation of (2) water recycling pumps (1026) cubic meters per hour per pump and with a capacity of (250 kw) and that the origin is European.
3. Detect, maintenance and cleaning of air handling units inside the hospital, which numbered (37) rooms.
4. Disclosure on a networkWater pipes with corridors, handling rooms and maintenance of the damaged ones.
5. Operating and maintenance for a full year for the air conditioning system and supplying the necessary spare parts.
6. Determine the time period for the beginning and complete the maintenance work on the guarantee for a full year after the end of the operating period.
