• The General Authority for Endowments and Islamic Affairs announces the launch of a public tender for the purpose of contracting with a company specialized in cleaning the exterior glass of the Authority-s Office building, in accordance with the approved technical terms and specifications. The scope of work includes cleaning the entire external glass of the Authority-s Office building using equipment. Appropriate and safe mechanisms for height work. Adherence to approved professional safety procedures. Execution of the work within the specified period and in accordance with the highest quality standards. Submission conditions. Attendance to the headquarters of the General Authority for Endowments in the city of Tripoli, Zawya al-Dahmani, opposite Bin Jaber Mosque, accompanied by the following: 1 A copy of a valid practice permit 2 A copy of a valid commercial register 3 A copy of the contract of incorporation 4 A copy of the company-s bylaws 5 A recent security subscription tax payment certificate addressed to the General Authority for Endowments and Islamic Affairs The original 6 Evidence of registration in the importers- registry or Industrial Registry Original 7 in case of dealing with the representative Assignment letter Original 8 Initial insurance 005 of the offer value Mandatory General Notes The period during which the bidder remains committed is 15 days, and any other period mentioned in the offers is not taken into account. The financial offer is submitted in a sealed envelope sealed with wax. Red, and the legal, administrative and technical file in an open file and complete information about the contents of the envelope is written on it. Bring a sample of the item if required.
