• Prequalifications are invited for Coating of Farwah COT 3p in Al-Jurf Offshore Oil Field MABRUK OIL OPERATIONS (MOO) invites all specialized companies in construction works and maintenance of offshore oil fields to submit their complete prequalification documents, for the purpose of evaluation and pre-qualification in order to select suitable and eligible companies to participate as a bidders; as MOO intends to issue a Call For Tender for the COATING OF FARWAH COT 3P in Al-Jurf offshore oil field as per the following: Field location/description: Al-Jurf Field, offshore Libya block C137 is located about 160 Km North West of Tripoli. The field consists of well-head platform with first stage gas-liquids separation (BD1) and FPSO (farwah) where final treatment is made. scope of services: To provide the following Services : ü Offshore internal tanks Coating. ü Carry out coating Services, Preparation of surfaces, repair of any defects within the inner surfaces of the tank including, cleaning and washing of the inner tank….etc. ü Provide Specialized Manpower in the area of Painting of offshore Structures ü Provide all required equipment and Material for the Scope. ü Carry out all preparatory works. ü Carry out all procurement for Coating, sand blasting Grits and any consumables needed ü Perform inland transportation as required from the workshops to the company's supply ports (Port of Tripoli / Port of Zarzis). Qualification Requirements: Interested companies for the above indicated Prequalification process must satisfy the requirements stated on the prequalification questionnaire and submit the required information. (Please complete required details of prequalification forms / questionnaires, maintaining same sequential arrangement within the questionnaire). Important Note: This prequalification request is not an invitation to tender. Only qualified companies that meet the pre-qualification criteria, which shall be determined at MOO sole discretion, will be included in the bidders list. MOO reserves the right to reject any and/or all contractors in its absolute discretion. Such act, made by MOO, shall be final and shall not be contested or opposed by the participants. Furthermore, this prequalification invitation implies neither commitment nor obligation, implied or otherwise, for MOO to issue a tender or enter into a contract. The cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the documents, visits and any other costs of whatsoever nature incurred by any company in connection with the preparation and submission of its prequalification documents, shall be borne by itself. MOO will not be responsible for any cost incurred for preparation and submission presented in response of this announcement. Participation : This announcement will remain posted on the NOC & MOO websites until, 09/05/2021 The last date to receive the prequalification documents from participants is 18/05/2021. Accordingly, all interested contractors should submit the required prequalification information (prequalification questionnaire) no later than this date. Any materials submitted after this date will be disregarded. The Prequalification questionnaire forms will be made available for the interested contractors only by email upon formal request which should clearly indicate the name of the company, address, and phone number, personnel to contact, an email address and stating clearly his intension of interest to participate.
