- Prequalifications are invited for Constructing a New Lube Oil Blending Plant at Benghazi at Benghazi Asphalt Plant Premises with Annual Production Capacity of 100,000 M. Tons Per Year. The project shall be EPC contract basis includes all phases of the works. The most important elements that are included but not limited to: 1) Complete Fully Automatic HDPE Feed and Blow Moulding Lines and services for 1lt.&4lt. Plastic Bottles. 2) Blending & filling facilities includes: - Blenders - Pigging system. - Drum decanting system. - Filters. - Skid and platforming. - Thermic fluid heaters. - Cooler/heat exchangers. - Filling system for 1lt & 4 lt. - Filling system for drum 200 lt. - Automation system. - Electric & instrumentation works. 3) Storage tanks for Basic oil and final products.
