Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Constructions of New Mess Hall Building at Zueitina Terminal. The work consists of providing all Materials, Labour, Equipment, Tools, Scaffolding, Supervision and all Construction and Engineering Works required for the construction of a New Mess Hall Building; to be constructed from Reinforced Concrete Structure for building Framing and Roof Slab with Reinforced Hollow Concrete Blocks for Perimeter and Partition-s Walls fully equipped with kitchen appliances running on Electric Power supply of (480 Volts-208Y/120 Volts 60 Hertz). Also, to include all other construction works such as Electrical, Plumbing and Sewer, Fire Alarm System, Telecommunication, Central Air Conditioning. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. The pre‑qualification of Contractors is not an invitation to tender. Zueitina Oil Company is neither committed nor obligated to undertake the work described above or to issue any call for tender or to include any respondent to this invitation or other company on any Bidders List or to award any form of contract. 2. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) and full ITT Package will only be issued to qualified companies that have been assessed and pre-qualified. 3. Zueitina Oil Companywill not be responsible for whatsoever costs incurred for preparation and submission presented in response to this notice. 4. Zueitina Oil Companyshall deal only with authorized officers of the bidding companies and not through individuals or agents. Note: Successful Bidders will be contacted by the Bids Committee to pick up the Bid Package from ZOC, Tripoli Head Office Building.
