Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Firm for Assistance Services for the Water Sector Assessment (including Recommendations), Essa, Elaboration of Training and Information, and Preparation of the Water Strategy Forum. Interested firms may obtain further information and could ask for the full text of the Terms of Reference (TOR) by sending an email to mokhtarfitoriradi@gmail.com from Sunday to Thursday 9:00 am to 3:30 PM Libya local time, Interested consultancy firms should send their Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) by email to the below-mentioned address , along with a cover letter and an initial proposal in English language mentioning in the subject line “water sector assessment (including recommendations), ESSA, elaboration of a training and information and preparation of the Water Strategy Forum ” on or before Monday 12th February 2024.
