Description:
The Tripoli Children-s Teaching Hospital announces, through the Public Tenders Committee, its desire to contract with a general cleaning company. The hospital invites specialized companies wishing to apply to submit their offers during official working hours, with the need to attach the following documents: Required documents and conditions 1 The company-s complete legal file is valid 2 A detailed financial and technical offer valid for a period of not less than one month 3 A financial and technical offer letter addressed to the hospital administration 4 An authorization letter in the name of the representative 5 Payment will be made when the hospital-s annual budget is available and liquidated 6 A guarantee check 7 A brochure is received Specifications for the bid from the administration: 8 The hospital-s locations will be visited on the ground after obtaining permission. Important note: Any bid that does not meet the required conditions or documents will be excluded. The date for submitting and opening the envelopes will be within 3 days of the announcement due to the urgent need. It falls on Thursday, the corresponding 0204 2026, at 0900 am, in the meetings office inside the hospital-s administrative building, due to time constraints and the hospital-s need
