The Libyan Customs Authority announces its intention to contract to provide ticket reservations and hotel residence services abroad.
The companies wishing to participate in this tender must go to the headquarters of the Procurement Committee in the Public Administration Building for the Customs Authority, located in Salah al -Din, This is during the official working hours to present its offers, within a maximum period of a week from the date of this announcement.
Conditions for submission:
In the event of non -registration, registration must be made before submitting the offer.
Attach an introductory file on the company that contains the following documents:
Official authorization of the company's delegate.
license Practice valid activity.
Important notes:
• The show is presented in a closed envelope with red wax and sealed with the company's seal.
• The offers are handed over to the decision of the Procurement Committee in the Authority Customs, and the last date for submitting offers is the end of a working hours on Wednesday 07/09/2025 AD.
• The envelopes will be opened on Thursday, 07/10/2025 AD at 11:00 am in the presence of companies representatives.
• No offer that does not meet the required conditions and documents will be considered.
