Description:
Tenders are invited for Development of Fuel Loading Platform at Misurata Oil Terminal. Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces for a pre-qualification for a project of (Development of fuel loading platform at Misurata oil Terminal). Project execution shall be according to the prepared scope of work and Brega requirements which are summarized in the following essential items: Civil works: • Construction of (main basis for the loading platform, pump station (pump compartment), lighting fixtures. Mechanical ,electrical and instruments works: • Supplying and installation of (loading arms, pipes network, walkways, supporters). •Supplying and installation of new diesel engines for all mobile pumps. •Lightings and all electrical connections. •Supplying and installation of new isolating and control valves. •Testing, commissioning and system startup.(all as built DWGs shall be prepared. Important Notes: companies that have the technical and financial capability shall apply an official letter expressing their interest to participate in the tender. Company`s (legal, financial and technical) file shall be attached as well. the completed file shall be submitted to the committee of contractors& suppliers registration at following address: Ashekh Street, Alnofleen Area, Tripoli / Libya. Companies that have the technical and financial capability, which have applied to participate in pre-qualification shall be aware that Supplying of all required material and equipment for project execution shall be through out the approved vendor list or through out a written pre-acceptance by Brega company all required works that listed in scope shall be executed according to the specifications, DWGs and requirements that will be attached to the general conditions brochure. Suppliers Registration Committee, will be restricted to deal with the official authorized representative of the applied company. Invitation to the tender will be restricted for companies whom already been qualified through the pre-qualification works. Closing date for receiving documents for pre-qualification will be at the end of day (EOD) on Tuesday 20th April 2021.
