Companies and libraries that wish to supply these items must submit to the Authority's Purchasing Committee the following: 1 A file of the legal documents of the company or library, a valid copy, 2 A tax payment certificate. In the name of the Educational Facilities Authority, 3 certified checks amounting to 5.5 percent of the value of the financial offer submitted, during official working hours, starting from 12/2/2025 AD and for a period of 10 days from this date. the date
