Al -Khums Teaching Hospital announces the extension of the general bidding period offered to contract to complete the establishment of the main information department in the hospital. The companies specialized in this field and have the desire to participate in this tender to implement the required and its administrative and legal documents in effect to withdraw the brochure of conditions, specifications and quantitiesHospital management during official working hours.
According to the following conditions:
1. The brochure of the conditions and specifications of the tender is withdrawn from the awarding and purchasing committee at the hospital administration headquarters until the date of 04/09/2025 AD for the amount of 100 Libyan dinars, deposited in the hospital treasury, which is not rewindd.
2. Prices are determined in the Libyan dinar according to the quantity schedule and comprehensiveTaxes.
3. The time period for implementation must be determined.
4. A thunderous envelope with red wax must be presented that contains the financial offer and an administrative file for the offer, including a valid license and a certificate of proof of tax payment and what is useful to register in the Chamber of Commerce and a copy of the establishment of the company + the company's articles of association and a modern extractor from the company's commercial registryIt is served before the end of working hours on 04/09/2025 AD.
5. Providing primary insurance worth (0.5%) of the value of the offer, and those who are doing the tender must provide a final insurance of (4%) of the full value of the contract, within a month from the date of notification of the award.
6. Opening the envelopes is Thursday 04/10/2025 AD at the hospital administration headquarters at 12:00In the afternoon.
7. Payment when the hospital's running budget is available.
