- Expression of Interest are invited for Financial Service Providers, Mobile Money (DRC Libya) This Expression of Interest (EOI) process is the first stage of a multi-stage process. DRC intends to distribute cash and/or vouchers up to an estimated value of LYD 20,000,000 (20 million) to our beneficiaries through one or more FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS (FSPs) to implement Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA). CVA refers to all programmes whereby cash transfers or vouchers for goods or services are directly provided to recipients. DRC would like to request information from suppliers regarding the available modalities for CVA within each geographic region of Libya. Any FSPs passing the evaluation of the EOI will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP).
