National companies wishing to enter into this tender must go to the headquarters of the Purchasing Committee in the General Administration Building of the Customs Authority located In the Al-Dhahra area, Tripoli, during official working hours, to receive the specifications and conditions booklet for the required item, within a maximum period of five days from the date of publishing this announcement. Conditions for submission: 1 - The company must be registered in the register of companies with the Libyan Customs Authority.
