• Description of the work: Introducing the process of providing maintenance services for the Council-s headquarters buildings to ensure business continuity and facility efficiency, including maintenance of electrical networks and lighting systems, maintenance of plumbing and sewage systems, maintenance of central air conditioning systems and separate units, carpentry, painting, and renovations. Simple, when needed, addition and modification works. Requirements: Providing a technical team or quick response, along with providing a schedule for preventive periodic maintenance or upon request. Instructions for submitting and delivering offers. Companies and offices wishing to participate must submit their offers according to the following controls: 1. Packaging mechanism Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes sealed with red wax. 2 Official Letter: The envelopes must be sent in an official letter issued by the company, addressed to the Chairman of the Procurement Committee of the National Council for Economic and Social Development, clearly stating the company-s desire to participate in Tender The bid number is listed here according to the number registered on the platform 3 External data The name of the project, the bid number, and the name of the bidding company are written on the external envelope 4 Place of delivery The bids and the letter attached to them are delivered manually to the Archives Department at the Council-s headquarters located at the address Tripoli Ghout Al-Shaal opposite Zarqa Al-Yamamah 2 5 Deadline The last date for receiving envelopes is the last working day on Sunday, May 3, 2026, and any offer submitted after this time or that does not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be considered.
