• Government of National Unity Ministry of Rehabilitation and Labor Zawiya Professional Competence Enhancement Center Announcement The Zawiya Professional Competence Enhancement Center announces its desire to print some items, and invites companies, centers and printing presses specialized in printing work that have experience in this field. To submit offers according to the following conditions: 1 A copy of a valid license to practice the activity 2 A copy of what confirms the registration of the company or shop in the commercial registry 3 A valid tax payment certificate in accordance with the regulations and procedures in force and addressed to the Center for Raising Professional Competence in Zawiya 4 The file The legal status of the company or commercial store. 5. Prices are presented in Libyan dinars and include all types of fees and taxes. 6. Offers are submitted sealed in an envelope to the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at the center-s headquarters.
