• The Ministry of Water Resources announces its desire to contract for hospitality, cleaning, and public cleaning services at the Ministry-s headquarters in the Al-Ghayran area, according to the attached schedules and specifications. Entities wishing to apply must adhere to the following: 1 Submit a separate financial offer for each of the hospitality, cleaning, and cleaning services. Cleaning of the Diwan building for a building with an area of ​​1700 square meters and 4 buildings. 2 The price of purchasing the brochure will be 500 LYD, plus a stamp value. 2 The purchase of the specifications brochures will be according to a certified electronic instrument issued by one of the commercial banks operating in the Libyan state. 3 The offer will be submitted in a sealed, waxed envelope. In red wax, marked on the outside is the name of the entity and the name of the tender addressed to the Tenders Committee at the Ministry of Water Resources. It contains the following: the financial offer is an original approved by the Tenders Committee and the entity submitting the bid, and the value is written in numbers and letters. An authorization from the applicant authority to attend the envelope opening session. Primary insurance according to a certified electronic instrument issued by one of the commercial banks operating in the Libyan state with a value of 05 of the total value of the offer for the tender.
