Tender No. 3 for the year 2025 AD The Ministry of Tourism and Traditional Industries intends to launch a tender for the supply and installation of raw materials for the Ministry's building, Al-Saqa Mosque. The competent companies wishing to bid must submit their separate offers. The technical offer and the financial offer in envelopes sealed with red wax accompanied by the following: 1 Submitting the offer in envelopes sealed with red wax. It is sealed and includes the company's documents. The technical offer. The financial offer. 2 You receive the specifications brochure from the ministry in the amount of 300 DL, three hundred Libyan dinars, non-refundable. 3 The validity of the offer is not less than 5 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. 4 The last date for submitting offers is the end of the fifth day from the date of the advertisement. 5 Submission of a final financial guarantee of 15% of the value. The invoice submitted by you to the Ministry will not be accepted by any offer that does not comply with the above conditions
