• Land Ports Management and Operation Center announces a request to rent a building Introduction to the Announcement The Land Ports Management and Operation Center announces its desire to rent a building to be used as a headquarters for the center-s management according to the following conditions Conditions and standards for the required building: 1. The building must be newly constructed or not dilapidated. 2. The building must comply with all legal procedures. 3. The building must be in an area that allows the center-s employees- cars to be parked comfortably. It is preferable to have a parking lot in it, next to it, or near it. 4. The building must be in areas of a commercial or administrative nature, or not in areas limited to a residential nature only. 5. The building contains a number of no less than 28 offices or rooms, and a place suitable for use as a warehouse. 6. The building must contain on each floor a bathroom, and the condition of the bathrooms must be in good condition. Offers must be submitted. Anyone who has a building in accordance with the conditions and specifications mentioned above and wishes to rent it must apply. Presenting it to the management of the center-s administrative and financial affairs in a closed envelope at its headquarters in the Al-Andalus neighborhood next to the National Center for Examinations and Measurement and during official working hours, starting from Thursday, 20260326, until the end of work on Thursday, 20260409.
