Announcement: The Libyan Customs Authority announces the installation of a fence for the training yard at the Institute of Customs Training and Studies. Companies wishing to participate in this tender must go to the headquarters of the Purchasing Committee in the General Administration Building of the Customs Authority located in the Al-Dhahra region, during official working hours, to receive the fence installation inspection. This shall be within a maximum period of five days from the date of this announcement. Conditions for submission: 1. The company must be registered in the private companies' registry with the Customs Authority. If not registered, it must be registered before submitting the offer. 2. An introductory file about the company containing the following documents must be attached to the offer. An official authorization for the company's representative. A valid license to practice an activity. A certificate. Valid tax payment A copy of the articles of incorporation and articles of association A recent extract from the commercial registry Evidence of registration in the importers' registry or the industrial registry Important notes The offer must be submitted in an envelope sealed with red wax and sealed with the company's seal. The offers are submitted to the rapporteur of the Purchasing Committee at the Customs Authority, provided that the last date for submitting offers is the end of Working hours are Monday, 01122025 AD. The envelopes will be opened on Tuesday, 02122025 AD, at 1100 AM in the presence of company representatives. Any offer that does not meet the required conditions and documents will not be considered by the Purchasing Committee in the interest of Customs
