The Libyan Customs Authority announces its intention to launch a maintenance and restoration project for the residential architecture of students, and the medical clinic building of the Authority.
Companies wishing to enter this tender must go to the headquarters of the Procurement Committee in the administration buildingThe public for the customs department located in Al -Dhahra area, during the official working hours, to receive the maintenance of maintenance work, within a maximum period of a week from the date of this announcement.
? Conditions for submission:
1. That the company be restricted to the private companies registry with the Customs Authority, and if not registration, registration must be made before submitting the offer.
2. A file is attached to the showI define the company that contains the following documents:
o official authorization of the company's delegate.
O A practicing activity license in effect.
O A valid tax certificate.
O copy of the founding contract / statute.
O A modern extract from the commercial registry.
O is the benefit of the registration in the record of importers or the industrial registry.

• The offer is made inA closed envelope with red wax and sealed with the company's seal.
• The offers are handed over to the decision of the Purchasing Committee of the Customs Authority, provided that the last date to submit the offers is the end of the day on Sunday 01/01/2025 AD.
