Description:
The Diabetes and Endocrine Hospital in Tripoli announces its desire to launch a public tender to purchase materials and supplies for operating an actual medical laboratory. Accredited companies that consider themselves competent must submit their offers to the Purchasing Committee of the hospital located in Salah al-Din, Ibn al-Nafis Street, during official working hours. Under the following conditions: 1 - The financial offer must be waxed with red wax. 2 - It is necessary to submit a certified check with the value of the initial insurance at a rate of 0.50% of the total value of the offer. No bid will be considered valid unless the initial insurance is present. 3 - You must submit a copy of the company-s administrative and legal file, separated from the financial offer. From the contract of incorporation, a recent extract from the commercial registry, a valid license to practice the activity, evidence of registration in the suppliers- registry or the industrial registry, tax payment and security contributions. 4 The name of the company and the company-s address must be written on the envelope. 5 The representative or commissioner must bring evidence of his representation. For the company applying for the tender, bring 6 proof of identity. The validity period of the submitted offers ends after studying all the offers, and the time for opening the envelopes will be on Thursday, 13112025, at exactly eleven o-clock in the morning.
