Description:
Abusta Hospital for Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery announces its urgent need to provide medical supplies and operators. Whoever wishes to provide the need must submit a technical and financial offer, mentioning the country of origin and expiration date of the financial offer in a waxed envelope, with the need to attach a complete and valid legal file. Validity, a profile of the company, and attaching samples. Each item is numbered sequentially according to the list, and the company-s logo is attached to each item in a closed box with the company-s logo on it, provided that the applying companies are registered with the Ministry of Health. Offers are delivered to the archives department in the hospital-s administrative building and to company representatives. Bring proof of identity and show it on the day the envelopes are opened. Companies that have foreign representatives must bring the representative-s residence paper. Delivery will be within a week from the date of assignment. Attached are the detailed requirements of 9 documents. Note: Any eviction under one of the mentioned conditions will exclude the company submitting the bid.
