- Tenders are invited for Metering System Replacement. Sarir Oil Operations Company intends to conduct a tender for Fiscal Metering System Replacement for oil & gas surface facilities in contract areas A91 & A107 and at Zueitina 103A field. The project scope includes engineering design and purchase of skid mounted fiscal metering to replace the existing ten fiscal meters including their flow computers, plus a flow computer system for a gas orifice flowmeter. Accordingly, we invite suppliers who are specialized and experienced in this field to participate in this pre-qualification and to fill out the Letter of Intent- LOI form (Attachment No. 1), and questionnaire (Attachment No. 2) and submit them along with the financial and legal files as described in Attachment No. 3.
