Description:
Al -Khums Teaching Hospital announces the launch of a general bid to supply medical supplies, surgical threads and medical disinfectants. The companies specialized in this field must have the desire to participate in this tender to supply the required and its administrative and legal documents valid to be attended to withdraw the terms of conditions, specifications and quantities in the hospital administrationDuring the official working hours.
According to the following conditions:
1. The brochure of the conditions and specifications of the tender withdraws from the awarding and purchasing committee at the hospital administration headquarters starting from the date of publication on the government bidding and purchases platform for the amount of 100 Libyan dinars deposited in the hospital treasury that is not rewindd.
2. Prices are determined in the Libyan dinar according to a scheduleQuantities and comprehensive taxes.
3. The offer must contain (the quantity- the manufacturer- the country of origin- the date of the validity of the month and the year- the unit of quantity- the unit price- the total) according to the specifications and quantities in the brochure of conditions.
4. A red wax envelope must be presented that contains the financial offer and an administrative file for the presentation of the offer, includingA valid license and a certificate of proof of tax payment and what is useful for registration in the Chamber of Commerce and a copy of the establishment of the company + the company's articles of association and a modern extract from the company's commercial registry, stating the registration of the Ministry of Health. What is the use of registration at the Food and Medicines Control Center. It is presented before the end of the hours of working on 05/19/2025 AD.
5. Provide insurancePrimary (0.5%) of the offer value.
6. Opening the envelopes, God willing, on Tuesday 05/20/2025 AD at the hospital administration ...
