Announcement of the Procurement Committee
The Procurement Committee of the Elderly Center in Al -Zawiya announces a bid for office equipment for the center. In this context, the center invites companies that have experience in this field to participate in general giving by applying for the conditions of conditions And technical specifications according to the following conditions:
1. The withdrawal of artistic conditions and technical specifications will be started during the official working hours starting from Wednesday, 07/30/2025 AD until the end of the work time on Sunday 08/08/2025 AD.
2. The brochure of conditions and technical specifications is withdrawn for free.
3. Offers are submitted in three separate envelopes (offer Technical - Financial offer) closed with red wax is sealed with a stamp of bid.
4. The offer of the offer is not less than (60 days) from the date of the presentation.
5. The center retains the right to cancel the tender without any commitment, and the center does not bear any costs incurred by the companies participating in the tender from the process of canceling it and excluding it from the tender.
6. Receive the offers to the headquarters of the committee The purchases of the center, and the deadline for submitting offers is Sunday 08/08/2025 AD at ten in the morning.
7. The envelopes open in a announced session on Monday 08/04/2025 AD at 10:00 am at the headquarters of the Procurement Committee at the Elderly Treatment Center
