- The National Council for Economic and Social Development announces its desire to print external and internal files and papers with or without a contract. Conditions for submitting the offer: 1. A technical and financial offer must be submitted. 2. The offer must be submitted by a company representative, attached to a representative's letter, including the phone number and e-mail. 3. The envelopes must be delivered to the office. Archives at the Council, and the envelopes must be tightly closed with a tarpaulin. 4. A letter must be attached to the envelope stating the name of the company, phone number, and the bid number submitted by you.
