• Tenders are invited for Procurement of 4 & 6 Inch Flow-Line Pipes. Waha Oil Company (WOC) intends to invite Manufacturers or Suppliers (BIDDERS), licensed to conduct business, for the Procurement of 4 & 6 inch Flow-line pipes - All Areas. BIDDERS shall submit their competitive offer. The successful BIDDER will be selected on the strength of his proposal, primarily in terms of completeness, conformance to the ITB-S requirements and specifications, competitive price and on the plausibility of his proposed manufacture, and delivery schedule. Therefore, WOC invite, local and international Manufacturers or Suppliers (BIDDERS) specialized in this field that have the expertise, competence, financial and human resources necessary to provide these materials and wish to participate in the bidding process of this service, to submit a request to participate and fill out the attached questionnaire and submit their Offer as prescribed by the attached Proposal Request documents, or come in person to receive a copy of the questionnaire and Proposal Request documents from the WOC-s headquarters (listed below), and submit their complete Offer with the required documents in an integrated file. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TENDERING: • Written application expressing (BIDDER-S) interest to participate in the bidding for this tender shall be submitted attaching WOC-s announcement signed and stamped together with a statement which declares your acceptance to all provisions of this announcement. • Fill out the attached questionnaire and submit it with all the required documents, including: - Statute of the Manufacturers or Suppliers. - Establishment Contract / Decision of the Manufacturers or Suppliers. - Updated & valid abstract form Libyan Commercial Chamber. - Copy of valid Business License. - Registration in the country of origin. - Previous work experience with information on number & list of such services executed inside and outside Libya, Supported by letters of recommendation signed by the legal representative of the entities to whom these services are provided. • Report of Chartered Accountant on the financial status of the Manufacturers or Suppliers (Bidder) for the last five years including finance statement, Balance Sheet for these years. Or for the number of years in service for Manufacturers or Suppliers (Bidder), that were established in less than five years • Certificate of Tax payment status addressed to Waha Oil Company for the purpose of participation in this Bid. IMPORTANT CONDITIONS & NOTES: • It is a condition hereof that Manufacturers or Suppliers (Bidders) interested to apply for this bidding process, that Manufacturer have valid API Certificate or Supplier have Dealership, Distributorship Certificate issued by Certified Manufacturer. • The supplied material shall be new. No Stock material is acceptable. • To provide a hard copy and electronic copy (PDF) of the required documents in separate files according to the specialization (legal, financial, technical, safety). • All documents received by WOC will be treated confidentially and shall be retained. • Title (“Procurement of 4 & 6 inch Flow-line pipes - All Areas”), name & signature of authorized person & bidder stamp, wishing to participate in this bidding, are to be clearly shown on all documents submitted by Bidders. • All documents are to be submitted to the office of Secretary, Tenders Committee at WOC Main office, Floor No. (32), Burj bulayla Tower, Tripoli. • The deadline to submit your application is 12:00 NOON on 25th, April, 2022. • Due to the importance and urgency for the required works, WOC cannot accommodate any request for extending the deadline.
