- Nalut University Announcement Regarding Providing Public Cleaning Services Nalut University announces its desire to contract with companies specialized in providing public cleaning services, in order to cover the university's needs in accordance with the controls in force in Regulation No. 600 of 2024 regarding regulating administrative contracts. Required documents. Companies wishing to apply must: The following documents must be attached to its offer: A copy of a valid commercial registry, a license to practice the activity, a registration certificate in the Chamber of Commerce, proof of tax payment and security contributions, an original independent financial offer that includes prices and quantities, a pledge to adhere to the terms of the contract and Regulation No. 600, methods for submitting the initial guarantee, a bank guarantee of 1 percent of the value. The estimate for the contract, issued by an accredited bank, is unconditional and payable upon the first request in cash at the same rate 1 Method of submitting offers The financial offer is submitted in a sealed envelope, containing the detailed prices Important notes Any offer that does not meet the conditions or is not accompanied by the initial guarantee will be rejected The guarantee must be valid throughout the validity period of the offer in If the bid is not won, the cash or bank guarantee will be returned to the applicant. General Conditions: All documents must be notarized and approved by the competent authorities. Technical bids will be opened first and evaluated based on competence and experience. Financial bids will be opened only for technically accepted bids. The university is not obligated to accept the lowest prices. Application deadline will be received.
