Tenders are invited for Provision of Air Ticketing and Hotel Reservation. Zallaf Libya Exploration and Production Oil & Gas Company, announces for the below tender and invites for pre-qualification stage. Interested experienced and reputable Bidders specialized in providing similar services stated below are invited to submit all requirements for inclusion to the bidders list. SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Reservation and issuance of travel tickets at home and abroad for all airlines. • Issuing travel tickets on all international airlines to all countries around the world • Charter private flights upon request. • Reservation of accommodation all around the world (hotels, apartments) for long and short term. • Reception and farewell services abroad and the provision of transportation to and from the airport all around the world upon request. • Providing medical analysis services related to travel (Covid 19 “state-approved”) within 24 hours from request and before the date of the return trip to Libya. • Other Various services related to travel • Residence and school registration services for delegates abroad on long-term assignments or external training. • Book appointments for submitting applications, conducting interviews, and paying fees for the purpose of issuing visas.
