Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Medical Services (All are Fields) Scope: • Manage and Treat Emergency Cases According to the Medical Care Standard in Remote Locations • Examine, Treat Staff Using the Highest Medical Standards While Maintaining Doctor / Patient Confidentiality. • Ensure Clinic Operates According to Oilfield International Health Guidelines and Libyan Regulations • Provide Medical Erp and Evacuation Plans for the on-Shore Fields. • Promote Awareness and Effective Preventive Practices • Audit the Catering Services in Order to Assess Health and Hygiene. Qualification: Interested Companies for the Pre-Qualification for above Tender must Satisfy the Stipulated Requirements and Submit the Required Information Listed Below. Failure to Submit Any of the under Listed Documents will Render Automatic Disqualification: 1. Letter on Company's Letterhead Addressed to the Contracts Department, including E-Mail, Phone No., Mobile No. Etc., Stating Expression of Interest in Participating in the Pre-Qualification. 2. The Participating Companies must have the Necessary Licenses. All Legal Documents to be Valid for not Less than Six (6) Months from the Date of Submission. 3. Organization Chart and Involved Staff Experience (Cvs). 4. Company Profile with Full Details of Similar Contracts Performed with Relevant Verifiable Reference List of Clients. 5. The Bidder should have a Minimum of Ten (10) Years of Experience Related to the Scope of Work. 6. Bidders should Submit Company-S Financial Statement for Three (03) Years.
