• The Tripoli Diabetes and Endocrine Hospital announces its need to launch a public tender to purchase medical drugs in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Contracts Regulations No. 600 of 2024, in order to contract on a unit price system with estimated quantities for the supply of pharmaceutical items according to the list attached to the terms and specifications booklet. Firstly, scope. Contracting: The contract includes the supply of items in accordance with the approved specifications and technical specifications, with a unit price system, knowing that the quantities are estimated, without any obligation to purchase a minimum of the estimated quantities. Secondly, the award system will be evaluated in two stages, technical and financial. Bids will not be opened. Except for technically acceptable offers, the award will be based on the offer or offers that meet the best technical and financial conditions and in a way that achieves the public interest. Third, splitting the bid. The hospital reserves the right to split the bid and award quantities or items to more than one bidder, according to what it deems feasible. For the public interest and to ensure continuity of supply without resulting in any objection from bidders. Fourth, implementation mechanism: Supply is made based on official purchase orders issued by the competent authority according to the actual need. The hospital authority has the right to order the quantities it deems appropriate without committing to the quantities.
