The specialized companies that have the competence and ability to participate in this tender must comply with the following conditions : 1. The applicant company must be legally authorized to practice this activity 2. Attach your company 's legal file that contains: license to practice activity - a copy of the commercial register - a copy of the registration Chamber of Commerce - a copy of the Memorandum of Association - a copy of the statute - a copy of the proof of tax payment certificate . 3. Attach the financial file for the last three years . 4. To present the offer in (3) sealed envelopes sealed with red wax with an indication of the name of the company and the type of bid in clear handwriting on each envelope, and each envelope contains: a.
