• Tenders are invited for Purchase of DP3 & DP4 SCR Replacement/Upgrade Equipment. Description DP3 & DP4 SCR REPLACEMENT / UPGRADE SCR DRIVE, TOP DRIVE CONTROL AND GENERATORS SYSTEM - EACH LOT CONSIST OF 4 SCR DRIVE CONTROL SYSTEM, 5EACH GENERATOR CONTROL SYSTEM & TOP DRIVE CONTROL SYSTEM TO REPLACE EXISTING GE SCR WITH APPLICATION PROGRAM TO REPLICATE THE FUNCTIONAL SHOW TRIVE EXISTING OLD EXISTING SCR DRIVE COMPONENTS WHICH NEED REPLACEMENT: 1. GE 4 SCR PANEL MODULES. 3PHASE 600V AC 60HZ / 750VDC - SCR COOLING BLOWER AEROVENT - 6 GE POWER FUSE 700V AC 700A 2. EACH SCR DOOR PANEL CONTAINS - IFM 1&2 (INTERFACE AND REGULATION ELECTRONIC PCB) Submitting a primary insurance of 0.5%, half a percent of the bid value. The Bid Committee of the National Oil Drilling and Maintenance Company announces the launch of a tender for the purchase of equipment, in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the announcement . The specialized companies that have the competence and ability to participate in this tender must comply with the following conditions : 1. The applicant company must be legally authorized to practice this activity 2. Attach the company-s legal file, which contains: licenses to practice the activity - a copy of the commercial register - a copy of the registration in the Chamber of Commerce - a copy of the establishment contract - a copy of the articles of association - a copy of the tax proof of payment certificate . 3. Attach the financial file for the last three years . 4. To present the offer in (3) sealed envelopes sealed with red wax with an indication of the name of the company and the type of bid in clear handwriting on each envelope, and each envelope contains: a. An envelope for the technical offer and the validity of the offer is for a period of 3 months. B) Envelopes for the un-priced financial offer, including the financial terms and method of payment. C. An envelope for the priced financial offer, and the offer is presented in dinars, and to be written in numbers and letters, and it may be presented in another currency, provided that it is equated in the local currency in accordance with the exchange rate announced by the Central Bank of Libya on the date of opening the envelopes, and the exchange rate shall be fixed for the duration of the bid . 5. Submitting a primary insurance of 0.5%, half a percent of the bid value, with a certified check or a letter of guarantee issued by one of the banks operating in Libya, to be placed in the envelope of the priced financial offer . 6. Offers are submitted during official business hours to the Bid Committee office at the headquarters of the National Company for Drilling and Maintenance of Oil Wells . 7. The bid period is from the date of 03-05-2021 to 31-05-2021 . 8. Any offer that is not bound by the aforementioned conditions shall not be taken into consideration . Offers must be submitted in three (3) sealed envelopes with red paraffin wax: 1- Technical offer.
