Companies specialized in this field and willing to supply must submit an initial offer to the Awarding and Purchasing Committee of the center-s management during the official working hours in accordance with The following conditions: 1. The offer must contain the quantity, country of origin, expiration date, unit of quantity, total unit price according to the specifications and quantities attached to this announcement. 2. Payment upon availability and liquidation of the center-s annual budget. 3. Payment according to a deed issued by the center-s management at the Bank of the Republic.
