Re-announcement: The Qasr Bin Ghashir Health Services Department announces its desire to purchase cleaning materials according to the types and quantities specified in the table below. The Department-s Purchasing Committee invites company owners to submit their initial offer to the Department-s Purchasing Committee during official working hours, provided that the offer is submitted. The initial proposal is in a tarpaulin envelope, noting that initial offers must be submitted within 7 days from the date of publishing the re-advertisement on the platform. Conditions and requirements of the applicant party: 1 copy of the articles of association 2 copies of the articles of association 3 valid license to practice the activity 4 recent extract from the commercial registry 5 certificate Tax payment directed to the Health Services Department, Qasr Bin Ghashir 6. Proof of the company-s current bank account number. The offers will be submitted to the Purchasing Committee of the Health Services Department, located on Al-Forsa Street, next to the Al-Shifa Center, Qasr Bin Ghashir, noting that initial offers must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the offer.
