• Tripoli University Hospital announces its desire to re-invite a public tender to supply the needs of the Pathology Department, the Blood Banking Department, and the Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery Department, according to the attached list. The companies approved and registered with the Ministry of Health and the hospital, and ensuring that they are efficient, must submit their offers during Official working hours through the archives department at the hospital, addressed to the Sub-Tender Committee, provided that the envelopes are sealed with red wax and the name of the company, the representative, the company-s address, and the phone numbers of the company and the representative are indicated on the envelope, provided that the envelope includes the technical and financial offer with a detailed name. The sequence of items in the submitted offer must be according to the list of needs. The complete administrative and legal file of the company should be attached to the offer. The offer shall be accompanied by the value of the initial deposit, 05 of the total value of the offer, by a certified instrument or by a letter of guarantee issued by one of the banks in Libya. The last date for submitting offers shall be the end of official working hours on Sunday, 2025/1228 AD, for company owners or their representatives with an official, signed and stamped authorization. It is necessary to attend the bid opening session on Monday, 2025-1229 AD at ten o-clock in the morning at the headquarters of the Sub-Tenders Committee in the Second Tower, second floor, Office No. 265, Sub-Tenders Committee.
