1. Registration in the Suppliers Register of Tripoli University Hospital before submitting offers in a sealed envelope addressed to a hospital department.
2. The bids shall be submitted printed in an envelope sealed with red wax addressed to the Purchasing Committee at Tripoli University Hospital and deposited in the archives department of the hospital.
3. Review the computer department before submitting offers.
