• Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation Works of Accommodation Villas of Zueitina Oil Company, in the Oil Fields at 103A and 103D on the Basis of “Turnkey Project” Zueitina Oil Company intends to issue the below Tenders and wish to invite experienced and reputable Contractors / Bidders specialized in similar type of works to execute the following rehabilitation projects on the basis of “Turnkey Project”. PROJECTS TITLES: PN-1501: REFURBISHMENT OF TWO ACCOMMODATION VILLAS AT 103A. PN-1502: REFURBISHMENT OF THREE ACCOMMODATION VILLAS AT 103D. Brief Description of the Projects Scope of Work: Zueitina Oil Company intends to rehabilitate accommodation Villas in its oil fields at 103A and 103D. The work consists of providing all materials, labour, equipment, tools, scaffolding, supervision and all construction works required for the rehabilitation of the accommodation Villas in order to bring the existing buildings into good condition suitable and comfortable for living. The refurbishment of Villas shall be full refurbishment works to include Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Telecommunication and the supply of Furniture for a complete refurbishing works on the basis of Turnkey Construction Projects”. Interested Contractor to participate in the above Tender shall fulfil the following qualification requirements. Qualification Requirement to Participate In Tendering. Interested Contracting Companies intending to participate in the above Tender must satisfy the specified requirements hereunder and submit the required information below. Failure to submit any of the under listed documents will render automatic disqualification. When documents are received by the Bid-s Committee Coordinator, they will be evaluated by the Company Technical Personnel to select the successful Contractors / Bidders for the refurbishment projects and hence each individual successful Bidder will be contacted to pick up the bid package from ZOC. 1. Letter addressed to the Bids Committee Coordinator, stating expression of interest in tendering with brief discerption of the company achievement and reputation and total number of years in construction works. 2. Copy of Company Registration in Libya, or details of Branch Office, Representative or Agent in Libya. (License, Commercial Record, Tax Payment, Valid Chamber of Commerce Registration Certificate). 3. Company Profile with full details of similar construction works performed with relevant and verifiable Reference List of Clients where the works had been undertaken Literature/catalogue of the entire range of work /service/equipment and any additional information that will enhance the potential of the applicant. 4. Company experience in similar rehabilitation and building construction works with total number of years including: organization chart, engineering and technical staff, list of equipment, list of completed projects along with clients Certificate for completed projects. 5. Submission of Financial Status document of the Company turnover for the last 3 years. 6. Zueitina Oil Company has the right to exclude any file that does not meet the above stipulated requirements. 7.
