- Tenders are invited for Replacement of Damaged Ring Main and Auto Fixed Foam Fire Fighting System at Es-Sider Tank Farm. The SCOPE OF WORK (IN BRIEF): The successful bidder out of the tendering phase for this EPIC turnkey project will be responsible for the following: First: Engineering Design Works A detailed engineering design (compliant to WAHA`s Specifications, Corporate Technical Standards & all International Standards applicable to Fire Protection for Hydrocarbon Storage Facilities) of the following: · Fire Water For the System 19 The Wild Card Oil Storage Tanks · Fixed Foam Fire Fighting the System Of 19 Tanks (Bladder Tanks, Foam Pourers & Associated Piping) · Ring seal gas Auto Extinguishing Fire Protection System - 12 Tanks (7 tanks optional scope) · Replacement Of Existing Fire Water Storage Tank (optional A ) · Pumps & Associated Piping (optional A Scope) · Existing Fire Water Reservoir , (Pond Revamp) Second: Civil Work Prepare and submit design and engineering works, preparation of drawings, supply of project materials & equipment and manpower to complete the project (all Civil work) in accordance with the scope of work, specifications and drawings (as described in the Tender Documents & its attachments ) · Mobilization To Job Site · Earthworks ( the Site Preparation, Survey, Soil Investigation, Foundations, etc. The Trenching) · Removal Of Existing Fire the Ring the Main (optional A ) · New Water Fire the Ring With the Main Associated Hydrants & Monitors · Demolition & Removal of exiting Bladder Tank Skids & Footings (7 numbers) · Construction Of New Footings For Bladder Tanks · Teacher the Works Like Structural Design Of Concrete Structures, Footings, & Details The Plans , · Painting With Paint Chemical Resistance · Water Proofing For All Concrete Surfaces Third: Electrical Works (Optional Scope) Restore all electrical works including: · Lighting System Of Tank Farm RESTORATION Including Electrical Room (`s), Pumps, Pond, And Tanks etc.
