- The General Authority for Medical Equipment, Supplies and Appliances announces its desire to supply the needs of the Government Information and Communication Office, which are shown in the specifications brochure attached to this announcement. The interested parties must submit the offer by the company representative, attached to a representative-s letter including the phone number. By e-mail, the envelopes will be delivered to the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at the Authority-s headquarters in the Andalus district, Tripoli. An important note: The Authority-s Purchasing Committee emphasizes the need for the financial offer to be separate from the technical offer, taking into account that they are sealed with red wax, and as it notes to the applying companies. The following requirements and documents are a basic condition for opening the financial offer: First, the company-s legal file, complete and valid basic documents: 1 A copy of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association 2 A recent extract from the commercial registry 3 A valid license to practice the activity 4 Evidence of tax payment The security subscriptions are valid.
