• Prequalifications are invited for Safety Uniforms and Work Wear for Both Winter and Summer Such as (Winter Coat, Short and Long Sleeve Shirts, Pants, Coverall, Work Shirts, Flame Resistant Coverall, etc., Safety Footwear and Rubber Shoes, Safety Helmets and Welding Helmets, Ordinary Gloves, Anti-Fuel Gloves and Welding Gloves, Special Full Facemasks, Half Facemasks and Paper Masks, Leather Welding Apron, Safety Glasses, Ear Protectors and Foam Earplugs, Protection Rain Jacket and Reflective Vest, Safety Harness and Safety Barriers System, Coverall for Chemical Handling, Shoes and Medical Coat and Special Medical Uniforms for Medical Clinics. The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 pm on Tuesday 17/01/2023. Therefore, manufacturers, local importers and approval manufacturers agents only that possesses relevant experience in importing of similar clothes and equipment with technical, financial capabilities and past experience are invited to express their interest in participation to supply and provide this tender by submitting their files for prequalification according to the following terms and conditions and providing a file consisting of the following documents: 1. Provide organisation-s articles of incorporation cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender and the documents for the registration (Official evidence attesting registration at the commerce registration office, valid business license and valid tax clearance certificate - agent certificate). 2. Provide the financial status. 3. A recommendation letter from the company-s main bank confirming the integrity of the company-s banking operations. 4. Provide previous experience of similar works. 5. Full address of the company headquarters and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, email, and website address. 6. Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and (2) Softcopies. Important Notes: HTC will deal only with manufacturers local importers and authorized agents. HTC will deal only within officially assigned representative. Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Brega-s Finance department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal. Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and Softcopy. The invitation of participation in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for companies that found qualified through the pre-qualification evaluation result. Submitted files without the required documents will be rejected. The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 pm on Tuesday 17/01/2023.
